一 | 　　讯生态环境部等六部门近日联合印发《生态保护“十五五”规划》。生态环境部自然生态保护司有关负责人13日解读该文件时对记者表示，《规划》提出，到2030年，生态空间格局持续优化，生态质量稳步改善，生物多样性丧失趋势得到有效缓解。　　生态环境部官网当日公布了上述负责人对《规划》的解读内容：“十四五”以来，中国生态保护工作取得明显成效。

三 | 　　据介绍，《规划》提出，到2030年，生态空间格局持续优化，生态质量稳步改善，生物多样性丧失趋势得到有效缓解，优质生态产品供给更加丰富，生态系统多样性稳定性持续性不断提升，生态保护与修复监管制度进一步完善，国家生态安全得到有效保障。展望2035年的总体目标是，智慧高效的生态保护与修复监管体系全面建立，生态治理体系和治理能力现代化基本实现。　　《规划》提出，持续组织开展“绿盾”重要生态空间生态环境问题排查，实现对各级各类自然保护地和生态保护红线等重要生态空间生态环境监管的全覆盖。

四 | 　　生态环境部副部长、国家核安全局局长董保同当日在国新办举行的新闻发布会上表示，“十五五”生态保护任务更重，要求也更高，生态环境部将加大生态监管工作力度。常态化规范化开展全国、重点区域、自然保护地、生态红线等各方面生态状况评估，全面掌握基本情况和演变趋势。同时，持续优化监管，特别是提高发现生态破坏问题的精准度。
